This manual is published in terms of section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA), and describes how a person can request access to information Etak Digital (Pty) Ltd holds.

Etak Digital (Pty) Ltd (CIPC registration pending) operates Inviro, a practice-management platform used by tutoring businesses. As part of operating that platform, we hold information on behalf of our tenants (the tutoring academies) — see our Privacy Policy for what that includes.

Subject to PAIA's grounds for refusal, a requester may ask for:
- Confirmation of what personal information we (or a specific tenant, via us) hold about them or their child.
- A copy of that information.
- Correction or deletion of that information.
How to make a request
Email the Information Officer address above with as much detail as possible (your name, the tenant/academy in question, and what you're requesting). We aim to acknowledge every request within a reasonable time and will let you know if any fee applies. A dedicated request form is not yet built — this email channel is the current process, per PAIA's requirement for a clear, documented way to reach the Information Officer.
